Xinyongheng (Shenzhen) Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. is a dedicated precision CNC machining factory — not a trading company. With 23 years in the manufacturing industry and 15 years dedicated to CNC precision machining, we manufacture high-precision components for the automation, robotics, medical device, and industrial equipment sectors.
Our engineers bring practical know-how from thousands of completed projects. They can spot and resolve potential manufacturing issues directly from your drawings, before a single chip is cut.

Our core team is composed of veteran machinists with 15+ years of hands-on experience at the CNC controls.
They have witnessed the industry evolve from 3-axis to 5-axis machining, yet they steadfastly preserve the craftsmanship and intuitive "feel" that no automation can replicate.
To us, the true assets are not the expensive machines — they are the precision parts shaped by skilled hands and seasoned judgment.
Our Journey
Entering the Industry
Started from prototype and model making, building a solid foundation in precision manufacturing. Advanced to CNC programming engineering by 2005.
Team & Production Launched
Since 2011 the team ran CNC machining operations within partner companies: our own machines were contributed as production equity, with no legal entity yet registered, but the team was already operating and serving clients in automation, robotics, and industrial equipment sectors.
LLC Registration
Xinyongheng (Shenzhen) Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. was formally incorporated. The team and production existed earlier: by 2024 we had already spent over a decade in precision CNC machining, and only then registered the LLC. We operated 30 CNC machines with full 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis capabilities.

International trade department established. ISO 9001:2015 certification in progress. Serving global clients in robotics, medical devices, and factory automation.

Own factory, not a middleman
Our own workshop in Bao'an, Shenzhen, with 30 CNC machines including a DMU400 5-axis machining center. Machining, inspection, and shipping all close the loop in-house, so any issue can be traced back to the machine and batch.

Inside Our Workshop
30 CNC machines. 5-axis capability. Real production floor.
Our workshop operates 30 CNC machines covering 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis models — including the SUNRISE DMU400 5-axis machining center, Create Century V650R vertical machining center, and Taikan T-V856S vertical machining center. This covers scheduling needs from single-piece prototyping to small-batch runs of several hundred units.
On capability: we routinely machine aluminum alloys (6061/7075), stainless steel (304/316L/17-4PH), titanium (TC4), engineering plastics (PEEK/POM/Nylon/PTFE), plus carbon and alloy steels. Process combinations include 5-axis simultaneous milling, turn-mill, slow-wire and fast-wire EDM, and precision grinding, with surface finishing such as anodizing, electroplating, passivation, and bead blasting available alongside.
Standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm (ISO 2768-m), and critical dimensions are consistently held to ±0.005 mm. Every shipped part is dimensionally inspected with a report, fully traceable to the machine and batch.
