Quality Control
Quality Standards
Our inspection lab operates under strict calibration and traceability protocols.
Calibration
All instruments are calibrated regularly and traceable to national standards. Calibration certificates available on request.
Inspection & FAI Reports
FAI reports with full dimensional data, in-process QC, and GD&T analysis are available on request. Standard orders include critical dimension reports and material certificates.
AQL Sampling
Standard inspection per ISO 2859-1 (AQL 2.5). 100% inspection available for critical dimensions.
Traceability
Full batch and single-part traceability supported. Every part or batch can be traced to its batch, machine, operator, and inspection data.
Note on Extended Processes: Certain specialized processes (e.g. wire EDM, grinding, surface treatment) are completed by our vetted partner network / group-affiliated facilities, not on standard in-house equipment. All parts are re-inspected in-house via 2.5D optical measuring system and precision gauges prior to shipment. Full CMM verification (ISO 2768-m) available on request via our group's shared metrology center.
