Quality Standards

Every EDM part is inspected for surface integrity, dimensional accuracy, and corner precision.

Surface Integrity

Wire EDM recast layer controlled ≤0.01mm. Multi-pass finishing for critical surfaces.

Dimensional Accuracy

Critical dimensions CMM-verified to ±0.002 mm on request, backed by our group’s metrology resources. Wire compensation automatically optimized per material.

Corner Precision

Minimum inner corner radius 0.05mm (slow wire). Adaptive power control for sharp corners.

Material Certification

Full traceability with EN 10204 3.1 certificates for all materials.
