Surface Finish Control

Roughness measured by profilometer. Anodizing, passivation, plating and painting available.

Dimensional Inspection

First-article and sampling use CMM verification (via our group's shared metrology center on request), compliant with ISO 2768-m and AQL 2.5 sampling standards.

Material Traceability

EN 10204 3.1 material certificates provided for every batch, fully traceable.

Quality Documentation

PPAP, FAI reports, and full inspection records available for production orders.
