Quality Control

Quality Standards

Every ground part undergoes rigorous inspection for surface integrity and dimensional accuracy.

Surface Roughness

Ra 0.1-0.4μm achievable. Measured by profilometer on every critical surface.

Roundness & Flatness

Roundness ≤0.001mm, flatness ≤0.002mm. Verified by roundness tester and optical flat.

Material Integrity

No thermal damage guaranteed. Nital etch inspection available for hardened steels.

Dimensional Report

Full inspection reports (FAI) and CMM data (from our group's shared metrology center on request) available for each batch. Strictly follows ISO 2768-m tolerances and AQL 2.5 sampling to ensure critical dimensions are precise and traceable.
